Any "official contract" issued by TexasRentAssist complies with applicable legislation and includes standard clauses regarding confidentiality, liability, and dispute resolution methods.

  • 2. Data provided by the client is treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of the contracted analysis.
  • 3. Any optimization recommendation does not constitute a guarantee of future financial results.
  • 4. In case of discrepancies between the linguistic versions of the documents, the Romanian language version prevails.
  • 5. These clarifications may be updated periodically, and the current version is available on the policy page.
