TexasRentAssist provides specialized financial consulting in profitability auditing and management of commercial rental real estate assets. Services include cash flow optimization strategies, credit risk assessment, and property management courses.
The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information. TexasRentAssist undertakes to provide services in accordance with professional standards, without guaranteeing specific financial results. Any recommendation is based on the data provided and internal analyses.
TexasRentAssist is not liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of the services, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the relevant service.
Payments are made according to the issued invoice. Refunds are available only for services not rendered, within 14 days from the payment date. No refunds are granted for courses or consulting already delivered.
TexasRentAssist may suspend or terminate access to services in case of breach of terms, without prior notice. The user may withdraw at any time, with written notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified 30 days in advance by email or on the website. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions.
